Move it! Health-Walk

On Sunday, June 3, 2018, doctors and health professionals invite you to put on your sneakers and walk a walking distance adapted to your abilities.


If you want to take part in the event as a participant, a volunteer or a health professional, you must register by completing the online form.

You are already active? Invite somebody who is not!

Choice of 3 routes (secured routes according to your personal level)

1 kilometre: For beginners and those who do not exercise regularly.

3 kilometres: For those who exercise at least twice a week.

5 kilometres: For those who exercise at least 3 times a week.

If you’re a beginner, just start slowly, maintain a comfortable speed and make sure to stretch thoroughly before and after. Water stations, rest areas and toilets will be available along the routes.

 The walk is open to all!
