Advisory Committee on Planning
The Advisory Committee on Planning studies matters related to urban planning and land-use management of the territory which may be submitted to them by the Town Council, as well as any cases referred to tham pursuant to current urban regulations. The Committee makes recommendations to the Town Council with respect to any matters and case files they have received.
The main responsibilities of the Committee are:
- To analyse requests involving minor derogations;
- To study architectural layout and integration plans;
- To evaluate project requests for conditional use;
- To assess specific projects related to the construction, modification or occupation of a building.
The Advisory Committee on Planning is made up of 5 members, including:
- One member of the Town Council
- Four people residing within the municipality who are not members of the Council.
