Contract Management Policy

The Ministry of Municipal Affaires regulated that all towns’ must adopt a contract management policy to establish guidelines and safeguards in order to promote and protect transparency and fairness in the contract awarding process and to avoid the traffic of influence, conflicts of interest,intimidation and corruption.
