As a preventive measure and to ensure the continuation of prevention activities, the Emergency and Fire Protection Service invites you to complete a self-inspection form for your smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors at home.

As of July 30, 2020, preventionists began distributing paper forms.
You have the choice of filling out the form in paper or electronically.
If you decide to fill the form in paper, please return it by using the prepaid envelope.
