According to the law, the municipal administration publishes official documents to inform you about the state of the town's finances and their management.
Every year, each municipal department’s management team assesses its needs and prepares a suitable budget. This operation involves compiling a list of all expenses, including inescapable items like electricity, mailing costs, water management and snow removal and garbage collection contracts, and making sure revenue is sufficient to cover them.
A variety of taxation scenarios are then presented to the Town Council, which adopts the budget at a special meeting in December.
