Winter Parking Lots

Permit: mandatory to use one of the incentive parking lots
Cost of permit: $50 per car
Payment: cash, cheque or Interac
The amount paid will cover the costs of snow removal and maintenance of the parking spaces.

  • Procedure to get a permit

    Fill out the following form:
    FORM - OVERNIGHT PARKING

    OPTION 1

    1. Return the completed form to permis@villepincourt.qc.ca.
    2. In your email, please include a copy or photo of your registration (plate number) and proof of residence (driver's license or Hydro bill).
    3. Once the permit is issued, we will contact you to pick it up and make your payment (cash, cheque or debit).

    OPTION 2

    You may leave the completed form and documents (copy of your registrations and proof of residency), along with your cash or cheque payment, in the mailbox to the right of the main entrance of City Hall. The permit will be delivered to your home within a few days.

    Parking spaces are limited for each location.

    The Town can not guarantee your first choice and will carefully evaluate each request.

  • Permit Regulations
    • The permit is valid from November 15, 2024 to April 1, 2025.
    • Valid in the color zone defined on the permit.
    • Parking is permitted from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. the next morning.
    • During snowstorms, please cooperate as much as possible with snow removal operations during the day by removing your vehicle from the parking lot.
    • Despite this permit, it is forbidden to stay parked for more than 72 hours continuously.
    • It is recommended that you do not leave valuables in your car.
    • The Town of Pincourt is not responsible for theft or tickets, although surveillance will be conducted.
    • This permit remains the property of the Town and may be revoked at any time.
