Room Rental

Interested in renting a space for an event? The Town of Pincourt has several rooms, facilities and sports fields available for receptions, weddings, parties, meetings and social or sports activities.

Reservations are made in compliance with the sanitary measures in force for all private activities.

    NB: You will find the regular capacities for each room below.

    Room 1 

    Capacity: 50 people (with dancing floor)

    Room 2 

    Capacity: 50 people (with dancing floor)

    Room 3 

    Capacity: 70 people (with dancing floor)

    Capacity:

    Cafeteria style  (with dancing floor): 250 people

    Square tables: 210 people

    Round tables (8 people per table): 192 people

  • Prices

    The pricing for rentals depends on where the applicant comes from. Residents and organizations of Pincourt benefit from a preferential rate.

    Sports fields, rooms and gymnasiums

    For the Town’s gymnasiums, the time needed to set up and remove sports equipment is included in the time allotted for the activity.

     *Taxes and setup, tear-down, cleaning and coat check fees are not included. 

    **This rate applies to off-season activities for groups of adults or children. There are no fees for children’s organizations during the regular season.

    Omni-Centre rooms

    When organizing your special events, you can choose one of the following packages. Rental rates include access to the kitchen and its equipment (Room 3 only), tables, chairs and all setup, tear-down and cleaning fees.
