Public Notices

Pursuant to the Cities and Towns Act, municipalities must publish public notices by the prescribed deadlines to inform citizens of various developments concerning municipal life.


For example, the Town may publish a public notice to announce the adoption of a new by-law, the holding of a public consultation, the launch of a new assessment roll, an application for a waiver or exemption, a zoning change, the creation of a register or the start of the electoral process.

Public notices are posted on the Town Hall bulletin board and published in a local newspaper distributed to Pincourt residents without charge.
