FORM - Backflow prevention devices

Available grant: 

• The grant amount is calculated based on 40% of eligible expenses, with a maximum of $500 per building, for the repair, acquisition, or installation of a backflow prevention device.

Eligibility conditions:

• Owner of a residential building on the territory of the Town of Pincourt
• Owners of dwellings in divided or undivided co-ownership are also eligible, subject to the agreement of the other owners for work affecting common areas.

Required supporting documents:

• Completed application form;
• The completed and signed contractor's declaration found on the back of the program application form; 
• Proof of ownership;
• A detailed quotation from a plumbing contractor;
• An invoice and proof of payment stemming from the quotation;
• A copy of the contractor's license (RBQ number);
• Any other document deemed necessary by the competent authority.
