Come celebrate winter with us! Two days of celebration where all activities are free.

Olympique Park

 

Illuminated evening where music and winter sports meet!

  • Introduction to snowskating
  • Tubing slides
  • Winter station with equipment rentals
  • Free skate—bring your own skates
  • Glow Activity by Jeunesse 360
  • Creative activity in the UV Zone
  • Tree toss
  • Bar, hot beverage and marshmallow sales
  • Ice sculpture demonstration
  • Glow-in-the-dark Spikeball
  • Marshmallows on a fire pit
  • Hot chocolate, coffee, and hot chocolate and coffee with a twist, $1 off with a reusable cup
  • Ambient music, entertainment, and bonfires

Enjoy the traditional family winter festival.

  • Horse-drawn carriage rides
  • Introduction to ice fishing in Daoust Bay—a carriage is available to take you there and bring you back to Olympic Park.
  • Giant hockey
  • Wheelbarrow race
  • Giant basketball
  • Musical bikes
  • Creative activity at the Cultural Station
  • Zen Zone: a calming tent dedicated to inclusion. Participants will find bean bag chairs, noise-cancelling headphones, and weighted sensory plush toys available for borrowing.
  • Powered sled rides (Firefighters’ Association)
  • Foodie zone
  • Sugar shack – maple taffy on snow
  • Distribution of hot beverages by the Girls Guides. ($) 1 $ off with your reusable cup.
  • Free access to Skieurs de l’île cross-country ski trails
