CONFERENCE-WORKSHOP: HAVERSTING WET SEEDS

This event is a follow-up to the September 2023 conference on dry seeds. In collaboration with the Société d'horticulture environnementale île Perrot, Projet Vert of Chêne-Bleu high school and the Town of Pincourt.
These lectures are in preparation for a seed library at the Pincourt library next spring.
This conference will introduce you to ancient, little-known or endangered vegetable plants, and introduce you to techniques for harvesting, drying and preserving seeds of moist vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants, ground cherries, etc.).
