A simplified version of Tai Chi is offered: a series of eight simple and fluid movements, accessible to all. This activity helps improve flexibility, promote balance, and reduce tension, thanks to calm breathing and slow movements. The perfect opportunity to move gently and refocus.
Open participation, no registration required.
